Suite 36 is a secure private office on the first floor that can accommodate up to three persons and has adequate space to ensure social distancing is not an issue. One side has full height glass partitions with vertical blinds to provide privacy.
Waverley Business Centre is a Serviced Office in a stand-alone building with over 50 private serviced offices on the ground and first floor. Next door is an onsite fully Serviced Warehouse with full time storeman which is ideal for those businesses who require storage and someone to handle their incoming and outgoing stock or deliveries. The building does not have a lift and we do not provide co-working, shared and casual offices thus limiting the number of persons within the building to only our tenants and their visitors. All COVID Safe measures are strictly enforced in the building as the safety of our tenants is of paramount importance.
All our offices come fully furnished with modern furniture and have 24/7 access with a swipe card. We are happy to configure your suite to suit your requirements and provide additional furniture if available at our warehouse at no additional cost. Your monthly fee covers all utilities and outgoings. We also offer free reception services, tea, coffee, biscuits, regular cleaning, and mail handling. Optional extras include onsite secure car parking and your own private secure dedicated wireless fibre internet. Monthly rates for the internet can be tailored to suit your requirements and budget.
