3. Revolver Lane
With an office is underneath Melbourne’s most iconic nightclub, we can see why this space came out in our top three. Self proclaimed as “Melbourne’s original, weird workplace”, Revolver Lane oozes a fun and wacky vibe that spoke to space seekers this year. Check it out here.

Stunning brick building with a spacious, light-filled space inside? It’s no surprise that The Reid Room attracted attention from the creative community this year. Rounding out the top five is this recently refurbished office space in one of Sydney’s most iconic venues. Once a popular pub, this stunning landmark building is now thriving with a new purpose – serving as a hub for entrepreneurs and businesses in Balmain. Check it out here.
