Our Bundamba Boardroom is perfectly set up for Executive Board Meetings or AGMs for up to 14 guests. The space allows for catering to be served in the room. Take advantage of the data projector with screen or use the portable white board and flip chart.
CONFIRMATION & DEPOSITS
Tentative bookings for Conference room space will be held for a period of 3 working days only after which time the function space will be released. A deposit and signed terms and conditions are required to confirm all functions. Once the deposit has been paid this will also serve as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of this contract. Accommodation rooms will only be held once the deposit is received.
The deposit required is $500 and is required within 7 days of booking confirmation.
