The Grandchester Ballroom is the largest of our spaces and includes direct access to the undercover outdoor Terrace. Event Organisers have used this space for pre-dinner drinks and canapés, networking and as a break out area during training sessions. As there are no pillars in the room it allows easy viewing of the three screens to the ceiling-mounted data projectors. Gala Dinners and Award Ceremonies are a popular event in this space and our experienced event team are on hand to assist with your planning.
CONFIRMATION & DEPOSITS
Tentative bookings for Conference room space will be held for a period of 3 working days only after which time the function space will be released. A deposit and signed terms and conditions are required to confirm all functions. Once the deposit has been paid this will also serve as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of this contract. Accommodation rooms will only be held once the deposit is received.
The deposit required is $500 and is required within 7 days of booking confirmation.
