The Amberley Room is suited to host up to 80 delegates theatre style and has a built in white board and ceiling mounted data projector and screen + AV with enough space for in-room catering.
CONFIRMATION & DEPOSITS
Tentative bookings for Conference room space will be held for a period of 3 working days only after which time the function space will be released. A deposit and signed terms and conditions are required to confirm all functions. Once the deposit has been paid this will also serve as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of this contract. Accommodation rooms will only be held once the deposit is received.
The deposit required is $500 and is required within 7 days of booking confirmation.
