Suite 24 is a 34.37 square metre professional suite at the rear of the fourth floor of Hengrove Hall, a tightly-held ten storey, predominantly medical/legal company-title heritage building at 193 Macquarie Street, in a prime Sydney CBD location between Martin Place and Hunter Street. The building was designed by Henry Eli White, also architect for Sydney’s State Theatre, and completed in 1930. Hengrove Hall is highly regarded for its ornate entrance and foyer, and rich interior timber panelling.
Retaining its original heritage character, Suite 24 was recently re-carpeted and re-painted. The suite is self-contained with its own toilet and basin. It is suitable for immediate occupation but also offers potential to change over time, with an internal partition wall providing scope to reconfigure the layout. The main consulting room has two windows facing the 2005 Deutsche Bank Place building.
