The boardroom contains a large boardroom table that comfortably seats 10+ people, along with a small circular table suitable for a less formal face-to-face or a breakout session. The room has a light and open feel and is enhanced by a glass wall providing natural lighting from the building atrium. Phone and broadband internet connectivity are readily available, and a polycom conference phone is also on hand for conference calls. The room is equipped with a whiteboard and markers, and a data projector can be hired if required. Free undercover parking is available in the basement for up to two hours for boardroom and meeting room users. In the event that your meeting requires parking for more than two hours, we can usually arrange longer duration on-site free parking. There is also parking available in the side streets behind the building. Bus stops for a number of different bus services are also close by to Highpoint for those using public transport; there are frequent services to and from the CBD along Waterworks Rd.
