Our location is a modern, newly renovated building with a ground floor space perfect for events, functions or meetings, while also serving as a lounge and discussion common area as well as a guest reception area. The interior of the building is bright and spacious, with large windows on all levels. Both the ground and mezzanine floors have an open-plan layout and furniture may be moved if requested. There are two restrooms available and a shower on-site. The office is also equipped with a modern, efficient coffee machine and a kitchenette with large refrigerator. The office has a state-of-the-art cooling system which ensures an optimal temperature indoors. The building also boasts a digital advertisement screen which oversees a busy road, ensuring that any advertisements put up will have the best coverage. The venue also boasts a new audio, sound and projector system ideal for presentations, conferences, and even parties. On our mezzanine floor, we have available a corporate boardroom for meetings, conferences and presentations with a TV screen which can host up to 15 guests or more.
